Dress up in something funny and make the judges laugh, or give us our best scare with a creepy costume. Head to the Convention Center entrance at Ho-Chunk, then be there for the drive-thru judging at 7pm, and the winners will be announced at 10pm. All participants in costume with a vehicle with receive a $25 Rewards Play to be redeemed at the casino!
