Meet Gemma for Furry Friday!
This beautiful girl has come a long way! While she is still very shy around new guys, she will warm up as long as you are patient with her. She loves her walks and is doing well with a gentle leader or slip leash, just be aware of squirrels and bunnies, as she has been a bit of an escape artist in order to chase them. She is loving on my 2.5 yr old grandson and will do well with kids! A fenced backyard will be a plus as she loves to explore, but it not required. Still working on her stay, sit, off and down commands, but has come really far! I hope you will consider this sweetie for your family!
Approx. 1 year, spayed female. Gemma is beautiful and loves her humans. She is dog selective and tends to like girls better than boys. When we did the dog on dog intro, she likes all the dogs but one--a male. Probably will do best in family with older children.
