New Study: Daily Selfie Is Good For Your Mental Health?

Taking a selfie or any other pic every day and posting it to your Instagram improves your well being, according to a new study. The researchers found that the process of taking and posting pics keeps you motivated, sharp and engaged with your friends and the world.

This is an odd concept for me to grasp....
