This is a cool new addition to my little town. When life gives you apples, turn them into cider beer!
Brix Cider is the first cider pub to hit Wisconsin. It serves up hard cider from apples harvested from 18 farms along with food--a lot of it is locally sourced or produced in the area. Brix Cider is located at 119 S 2nd Street in Mount Horeb.
I can't wait to give this place a try tomorrow night with some friends!
