Billboard reports Ticketmaster will use smart phones to verify an attendee's vaccination status or whether they've tested negative within a 24 - 72 hour window. The plan involves three separate components: the Ticketmaster digital ticket app, third party health information companies and testing/vaccine distribution providers.
