July 21 is National Hot Dog Day! To celebrate, Applegate conducted a survey to see how the personalities of hot dog and hamburger lovers differ. Their research shows that people that favor hot dogs are more likely to be picky eaters, single taskers and extroverts. Burger lovers, however, are more likely to be open-minded, kind and get more laughs. Although these personality traits could be up for debate, one thing that is not is the fact that ketchup is America's favorite condiment. As it turns out, 63% of people prefer ketchup over mustard (27%). But no matter how you eat your hotdog, be sure to enjoy one today!
