Multi-talented singer, songwriter and performer, Chris Stapleton will be one of the headliners for the 8th Annual Country on the River Festival in Prairie du Chien. Back by popular demand, the Festival will be held August 3-5, 2017 in the scenic countryside where the Wisconsin and Mississippi Rivers converge. Stapleton is the first to be announced and will be joined by Darius Rucker and Justin Moore.
