Jake Owen explained that his girlfriend was watching Monday night's episode of "The Bachelor" on ABC and Alabama Hannah stepped out of the limo. Inspired by this moment, Jake Owen called his guys and told them he had an idea.
This song is about someone who's given another person multiple opportunities to be a lover and they aren't into it. They start living their life and asking other people out then they show up asking to be more than friends.
