Conner Smith and his new wife shared photos from their stunning wedding day over the weekend. The rising country artist and his bride, Leah Thompson, tied the knot on Friday (April 12) in Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina. The post quickly drew congratulatory messages from fans and fellow artists, including sister duo Tigirlily Gold, Cole Swindell, Nate Smith and Ashley Cooke.
Smith, 23, released his debut album earlier this year. The 12-track collection includes “Smoky Mountains,” “Creek Will Rise,” “Roulette On The Heart” with Hailey Whitters, and more. He said at the time that Smoky Mountains is “a journey through my roots, a tribute to the place that shaped me, and every song is a piece of my heart. I’ve poured my soul into these tracks, and I hope they resonate with you as much as they do with me.” Smith also joined his mother, Jennifer Vickery Smith, on her podcast, Got It From My Momma, to talk about his album at that time.
