Nutritionist Says This Is "The Healthiest Meal In The World"

Want to REALLY eat healthy? A nutritionist in England came up with what she claims is the "healthiest meal in the world."

It's not your average lunch but does include CHEESE and CHOCOLATE.

It's three courses: a starter, a main course, and dessert. The whole thing is 1,200 calories, so it's a good amount of food. But you won't find it on a menu anywhere, so you'd need to make it at home.

Here's what she claims is the healthiest meal in the world...

The Starter: Labneh cheese with roasted tomatoes and broccoli. Labneh is a fermented cheese popular in the Middle East. It's got healthy bacteria that's good for your gut.  (Here's a photo.)

Main Course: Citrus mackerel salad with chickpeas, fennel, and red onions. Mackerel is one of the healthiest types of fish, because it's loaded with omega-3's. She says to top it with black olives, sauerkraut, and pumpkin seeds.  (Here's a photo.)

For Dessert: Tofu chocolate mousse with blueberries. The recipe calls for DARK chocolate, not milk chocolate. The blueberries are loaded with antioxidants.  (Here's a photo.)
