I See You: Florida Brewery Created Edible Six Pack Rings

It's no secret that plastic products ruin our oceans and marine life. Something biologists have been warning us about for years. However, there hasn't been a huge change since research proved marine life has been impacted so greatly by our plastic products, specifically sick pack rings, until now.

Saltwater Brewery based in Florida has created a solution to solve plastic from their products ending up in oceans and hurting sea life.

They created six-pack rings that that can either biodegrade or serve as a meal for wildlife. After years of research and development, the rings - made of wheat and barley are now in South Florida stores. The brewery says that their design is as resistant and efficient as the plastic packaging, just more expensive.

They truly believe if more companies were to join their movement, production cost would go down and edible rings would become competitive with plastic ones - saving marine lives.
