Platteville Man Donates Record Collection To Benefit Agrace

Love this story! Jerry Roh from Platteville has donated more than 21,000 records--YES, you read that right--to Agrace Thrift Stores in Madison. Roh had collected record albums, but he began going to garage sales and thrift stores in hopes of reselling them for a profit.

Roh pulled out a Madison phone book and went through the Yellow Pages to find a thrift store. Since he was impressed with the hospice care his wife, Shirley, received seven years ago prior to her death from thyroid cancer, he called Agrace Thrift Store on the west side, even though it wasn't affiliated with his late wife's hospice.

Now you can add to your record collection while benefiting Agrace!

P.S. I do love Agrace HospiceCare in Fitchburg. They took AMAZING care of my grandma when she was there.
