A new study found that the key to living a long life is... DRINKING ALCOHOL! People who had around two drinks a day were 18% less likely to die early... which made it more effective than exercising. People who exercised between 15 and 45 minutes a day were only 11% less likely to die early.
I can't say I wholeheartedly believe this, but it makes me feel less guilty about the couple glasses of wine I had last night.
