Scientists found the key to true happiness according to a new study done in Scotland: turning your phone off at 10PM.
A new study found that people who use their phones later than that are more likely to have problems with depression, loneliness and sleep issues.
For some reason, when I can't fall asleep after a while I grab my phone and start scrolling through Instagram/Twitter. I know that it doesn't help me fall asleep any quicker. I guess I need to find a new habit.
