A recent study found the average person has 432 moments of pure happiness a year or about 8 a week. One of the common situations happens in the car.... singing along to the radio! I can definitely relate.
The survey asked people to name the situations where they're most likely feel happy and relaxed.
Here ten that stood out:
- Hanging out on the couch with your significant other.
- Being on vacation or on your way to your destination.
- On a date, but only if you're already in a relationship. **** I agree with this. First dates are the worst.
- At a friend's BBQ, picnic or house party.
- When you're outside walking your dog. *** I'm happy when I'm inside talking to my dog
- Meeting friends out for drinks or watching sports at a bar.
- Movie night with your kids.
- When you're out shopping with a friend.
- Playing video games.
- Singing along to the radio. *** I LOVE to sing along to every song... doesn't matter if I know the words or not.
