Furry Fridays with Chelsey + Aberdeen

This week I want you to meet Aberdeen for Furry Fridays with Chelsey powered by Legacy Exteriors. Check out his bio below from Brown Paws Dog Rescue!

ABERDEEN

Meet Aberdeen, a rescue special dog looking for love! He’s been overlooked for being different but he’s out here to proof that being different is the way to go!

Aberdeen is approximately 1 years old and recently relocated from Oklahoma with the hope of starting fresh. Being deaf never stops him from living life to the fullest. He makes a living as a professional butt sniffer but is hoping to one day put his performing arts degree to use with his one man show Aberdeen: I’m Not Ignoring You, The Sun’s Just In My Eyes. He loves car rides, is house broken, is up to date on vaccines, neutered, and has the unique talent of snorting as he yawns. I’m his spare time he enjoys long walks in the grass and sleeping with his stuffed llama. He has recently discovered the joy of belly rubs and cheek kisses. His proudest accomplishment is conquering his fear of stairs. If he had to choose his biggest flaw it would be hogging the couch cushions. He hopes to one day find his forever family so he can enjoy his life surrounded by unconditional love.

Apply for Aberdeen here.

Here are some questions his foster family has been asked that may help you decide if Aberdeen is a good fit for you and your family :)

1.) I’m not good with cats, I don’t understand that they play differently than dogs do.

2.) I have not shown any food or water aggressions!

3.) I can’t hear! So loud noises (like fireworks or someone singing off key in the shower) won’t bother me!

4.) I sleep very well in a kennel but I’m really trying to guilt my foster parents into me sleeping on their bed!

5.) I don’t need to be with someone who works from home! Neither of my foster parents work from home and I’ve been perfectly fine being left alone during the day, both in the kennel and out!

6.) I am approximately 1 years old but we don’t know for sure! (Based on vet records my birthday *might* be September 15th! )

7.) Yes, I’m this cute in person!

8.) Yes, my eyes sometimes point out a little (please refer back to number 7! )

9.) I’m the best cuddler and am beginning to think I’m a lap dog!
