A lot of people have their own go-to when trying to overcome a hangover. For me - it's sleep!
There are a group of scientists say there are only three ingredients needed to survive the day after drinking.
According to the study, you'll mix coconut water, lime and pear juice. It supposedly will help boost enzymes in your body to fight off all that alcohol.
The study also suggests a side of plate of cheese, cucumber and tomato in addition to the lime concoction.
What could make your hangover worse? Researchers found that consuming spices like cinnamon and pepper could make your hangovers worse the next day.
