We think Santiago is a Kelpie/Basenji mix but there are no guarantees with rescue. It's just our best guess. He's about 2 years old and is neutered. He weighs about 17 pounds. Santiago has been the EASIEST dog to blend into our family! Kid, cat and dog friendly. He is playful and curious but also BIG on snuggling! Leash trained and ready for his furever home! As he settles he will probably do best in a home that can give him a couple walks a day. He LOVES being outside even if it is just hanging on a sunny deck.
