A new survey has revealed that people are more concerned about work-life balance than they are with money when choosing a new job. The survey of 535 respondents comes from Silver Ribbon, a mental health organization in Singapore. The results also showed that 63 % of respondents felt moderately stressed on the job, while 28% said that they were feeling high amounts of stress. Meanwhile, 36% of respondents said that the main cause of stress came from work and 59% said that it was a combination of work and home issues. Do you feel that you have a great work-life balance? What is more important to you: a great salary or a great work-life balance?
