Georgia Southern announced today that their football team will take on Wisconsin in 2023 at Camp Randall Stadium, in a one-off game agreement between the universities.

Georgia Southern Director of Athletics Tom Kleinlein announced Thursday the addition of a road game at Wisconsin to the Eagles' 2023 football schedule.
The Eagles will travel to Camp Randall Stadium in Madison, Wisconsin, for a game against the Badgers on Sept. 16, 2023. GS has never met Wisconsin in football and it will be just the fourth game against a Big Ten school (Indiana, 2017; Minnesota, 2019; Nebraska, 2022).
Currently, the Eagles are slated to play at home against UAB on Sept. 9 and at Ball State on Sept. 23 of that season. A home FCS game is yet to be added to round out the Eagles' six-game home slate in 2023.
