Ever feel like your partner doesn’t appreciate or even see all the stuff you do for the kids or around the house? One stay-at-home mom has come up with a perfect way to make sure that doesn’t happen to her and she lays it all out in a now-viral TikTok. In the clip, which has more than 3-million views, Amber Audrey looks straight at the camera and gives a deadpan rundown of how much she (jokingly) charges her husband for all the stuff she does in a week.
She calls it “Everything I charge my husband for my stay-at-home mom services,” and while she’s not actually sending him a bill, maybe she should. Here’s what’s on Amber’s invoice:
- Dishwashing – $20/load, two to three times a day: $300/week
- Laundry – $35/load, four times a week: $140/week
- Bathroom cleaning – $60 each, two times a week: $240/week
- Floor cleaning (sweeping and mopping): $100/session, two to three times a week: $300/week
- Homeschooling – $400/child, two kids: $800/week
